Ants

starting to feel my interest of macro photography…..it takes a lot of patience but it is worth to give a try….

Looks like you had them posed for you pre. ;) Did you use Nikon CLS on this one?

Thanks for allowing us to join this blog and for all the inspiring comments.
Nothing technical on this shot….as I told you, I am just a beginner and only patience is what I have to get this shot.
I used an on-camera SB-800 on this shot.

Later on, I may need to use off-camera flash to fill-in my macro subjects.
SB-800 muna kasi do not have plan to buy a dedicated flash ring for macro photograhy.

Pare, no need to say thank you. Atin naman ito. Ako nga ang dapat humingi ng pasensiya dahil sobrang delayed na nito. Pero better late than never. ;)

Pare, 3D ang dating ng kuha mo. Pero I bet mas lalong gaganda ito once naka off-camera ka or at least may diffuser ang flash mo. Yun lang, pag off-camera ang flash mo, you have to move your flash around sa kung saan papunta ang mga marching ants mo. Kung sa bagay, mukhang na tame mo na ang mga subjects mo dito. ;)
