Wow pre! I am impressed with your macro work. I know how difficult it is to take macro shots not to mention these moving ants. At galing pa ng kulay, timing at lighting. Paano mo ba kinuha ito pre? Ano setup mo?

Pare, thanks…medyo nag-e-enjoy lang mag macro.
I found out that magaling na pam-practice ng patience ang macro photography.
And you can do it and can find interesting subjects everywhere and anytime.

Using fill-in flash SB-800 connected to the camera’s hot shoe.
Not yet try to use off-camera…Next time, I may need to try it….

Pare, I am glad to hear that you are enjoying macro photography. You add variation sa talent ng group pare.

And it’s true na macro really tests your patience especially with moving little subjects like ants. At yun nga, what you have proven is that you don’t need to go far to get good shots. Congrats pare.

Yes, I think you can set your cam to remote mode so you can make use of Nikon’s CLS. I bet you will have more interesting shadows and highlights with your shots. Hope to see more of your works pare.
